The project was developed by Pro Ventum. Others, Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, JERA, Diamond Generating Asia and Kyuden International are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50.66%, 25.41%, 11.97%, 5.98% and 5.98% respectively.
