Description
The project was developed by PSEG Power Connecticut and is currently owned by ArcLight Capital Partners with a stake of 100%.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Ultra Low Sulfur Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Southern Connecticut Gas.
