The project is being developed by RES America Developments and Scout Clean Energy. The project is currently owned by Scout Clean Energy with a stake of 100%.

Blue Sky Solar Farm is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 2,700 acres.

The project is expected to generate 585,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 67,000 households. The project is expected to offset 360,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The solar power project consists of 993,800 modules.

Development status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in December 2024.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Constellation Energy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years. The offtake capacity is expected to be 250MW.
