Description
The project is currently owned by Fuxin Miming Group with a stake of 30%, State Power Investment with a stake of 30%, Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) and Shenyang Jinshan Energy.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Baiyinhua Coal.
