APG Asset Management and MEAG Munich Ergo AssetManagement are currently owning the project.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Consolidated Edison Co-NY Inc.

The project generated 3,582,869.983MWh of electricity.

The project got commissioned in May 2006.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Consolidated Edison Co of New York under a power purchase agreement for a period of 10 years, starting from 2003.
