Electricity Procurement stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in August 2021 with 36 contracts and a 31.3% share, followed by Power Plant with 36 contracts and a 31.3% share and Generation Equipment with 16 contracts and a 13.9% share during the month.
The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 28 contracts and a 77.8% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: six contracts and a 16.7% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: two contracts and a 5.6% share.
