Description

The project is developed and owned by Neoen Australia. The company has a stake of 100%.

Numurkah Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 515 hectares.

The project generates 233.5GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 51,000 households, offsetting 260,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $141.41m.

54 inverters have been installed at the project site.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to ZEN Energy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years. The contracted capacity is 60MW.

Contractors Involved

Downer EDI was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

LONGi Solar Technology was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 373,839 modules at the site.

Downer EDI is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project, commencing from the year 2019.
