Electricity Procurement stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the North America region in Q3 2020 with 69 contracts and a 28.3% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 63 contracts and a 25.8% share and Power Plant with 43 contracts and a 17.6% share during the quarter.
The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 11 contracts and a 40.7% share
- Power Purchase Agreement: ten contracts and a 37% share
- Supply & Erection: six contracts and a 22.2% share.
