Electricity Procurement stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the North America region in Q1 2022 with 81 contracts and a 47.4% share, followed by Power Plant with 27 contracts and a 15.8% share and Energy Storage with 25 contracts and a 14.6% share during the quarter.
The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Power Purchase Agreement: 15 contracts and a 60% share
- Supply & Erection: six contracts and a 24% share
- Project Implementation: four contracts and a 16% share.
