Nam Bak is a 160MW hydro power project. It is planned on Nam Bak river/basin in Vientiane, Laos. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2023.

The project is being developed and currently owned by South East Asia Energy.
The hydro reservoir capacity is planned to be 250 million cubic meter. The penstock length will be 660m. The project is expected to generate 744 GWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $124m.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2023.
