Description

The project is currently owned by Mobin Petrochemical.

It is a Gas Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is gas. In case of shortage of gas the plant can also run on Diesel.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in June 2006.

Contractors Involved

MAPNA Group was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.

GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for thermal power project. The project consists of 8 units of Frame 9 turbines, each with 123.3MW nameplate capacity.

Amec Foster Wheeler supplied steam boiler for the project.
