T&D Project stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Middle East and Africa region in September 2019 with 57 tenders and a 45.2% share, followed by T&D Equipment with 36 tenders and a 28.6% share and Generation Equipment with 17 tenders and a 13.5% share during the month.

The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: 36 tenders and a 63.2% share
  2. Project Implementation: 20 tenders and a 35.1% share
  3. Supply & Erection: one tender and a 1.8% share.
