Micoua – Saguenay Line is a 735kV overhead line with a length of 262km from Micoua Substation, Cote-Nord, Quebec, Canada, to Saguenay Substation, Saguenay–Lac–Saint-Jean, Quebec, Canada.

The project, which is currently under construction, is expected to be commissioned in 2022.

Description

Micoua – Saguenay Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Hydro-Quebec. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.

The development of the Micoua – Saguenay Line project has been approved by the Alberta Utilities Commission.
