Lower Nam Pawn is a 105MW hydro power project. It is planned on Nam Pawn river/basin in Kayah, Myanmar. The project is currently in announced stage. It will be developed in single phase. Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2021.

The project is being developed by HTCT Energy Investment and Trust Energy Investments. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.

The project is expected to generate 618 GWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $193.998m.
