The project is currently owned by Lightstone Generation with a stake of 100%.
It is a combined cycle gas turbine (ccgt) power plant. The fuel is procured from Texas Gas Transmission, LLC.
The project generated 2,984,381MWh of electricity.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Columbus Southern Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 10 years. The contracted capacity is 1,232MW.
Contractors Involved
Duke Fluor Daniel was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 4 units of 7F.04 gas turbines, each with 174MW nameplate capacity.
John Cockerill Group supplied steam boiler for the project.
