Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by EW 13 Knostad. The company has a stake of 100%.
The project is expected to generate 135,000MWh electricity to offset 15,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $63.636m.
The project will have 115m high towers.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2023.
Contractors Involved
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company is expected to provide 8 units of SG 5.8-170 turbines, each with 6.2MW nameplate capacity.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the wind power project for a period of 25 years.
