Description
The project is currently owned by Vistra with a stake of 100%.
It is a steam turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is subbituminous. In case of shortage of subbituminous the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from Powder River Basin, Panhandle Eastern Pipeline.
The project generated 5,692,380MWh and emitted 5,879,404t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
