The project was developed by Intikon Energy, Kensani Capital and SolarReserve. The project is currently owned by Public Investment with a stake of 41.46%, SolarReserve with a stake of 5%, Intikon Energy with a stake of 4.63%, Alphabet and Kensani Capital.
Jasper Solar PV park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 180 hectares.
The project generates 183,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 80,000 households. The project cost is $260m.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Eskom Holdings SOC under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 75MW.

Group Five and Iberdrola Ingenieria y Construccion SAU were selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
Yingli Green Energy Holding was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 325,480 modules each with 295W of nameplate capacity.
Ingeteam Corporacion supplied 78 of its Sun PowerMax inverters to the project site.
Grupo Clavijo and Schletter have PV trackers for the project.
Group Five and Iberdrola Ingenieria y Construccion SAU were contracted to render operations & maintenance services for the project.
