Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Universal Wind Enerji. The company has a stake of 100%.
The project is expected to generate 770,800MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 280,000 households.
Istanbul Wind Farm (Istanbul Wind Farm I) consists of 64 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.
Istanbul Wind Farm (Istanbul Wind Farm II) consists of 24 turbines with 3MW nameplate capacity.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2023.
