Description
The project was developed by TPI Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos and is currently owned by China Three Gorges Brasil Energia with a stake of 100%.
The gross head and net head of the project are 45m and 40.3m respectively. The total number of penstocks, pipes or long channels that carry water down from the hydroelectric reservoir to the turbines inside the actual power station, are 2 in number. The project generated 728 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $534.482m.
