The top issuers of contracts for the month in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:

  1. Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan: 200MW from one contract
  2. Urzad Regulacji Energetyki (Poland): 194MW from two contracts
  3. Anheuser-Busch InBev (Belgium): 130MW capacity from one contract.
