Description
The project is being developed by Equinor Wind US. The project is co-owned by BP and Equinor Wind US, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 500,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $3,000m. The turbines will be mounted on a fixed gravity-based(concrete) foundation and will be interconnected by 66kV inter-array cable.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in December 2026.
