DREAM Solar Wakayama City Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 357,745 square meters.

The project generates 23,578MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 4,980 households. The project cost is $51.168m.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to The Kansai Electric Power under a power purchase agreement at the rate of $0.304kWh from 2016.

Contractors Involved

Daiwa House Industry was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

Toshiba was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 84,000 modules each with 250W of nameplate capacity.

The inverters were procured from Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Systems for the project.

Daiwa Lifenext is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project for a period of 20 years.
