The Dera Ghazi Khan Substation – Upgrade – 500/220 kV – Phase I project is an upgrade substation being operated by National Transmission & Despatch.
The designed voltage level of the project is 500/220kV, while the operating voltage level is 500/220kV. The step-in voltage of the substation is 500kV and the step-out voltage is 220kV. The substation capacity is 750MVA.
Dera Ghazi Khan Substation – Upgrade – 500/220 kV – Phase I has received approval from Water and Power Development Authority,Pakistan to undertake the works on the project.
