Description
The project was developed by Competitive Power Ventures. Diamond Generating, Competitive Power Ventures and Voltage Finance are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50%, 25% and 25% respectively.
It is a Gas Turbine power plant that is used for Peakload. The fuel is procured from Southern California Gas Company.
The project generated 406,848MWh of electricity. The project cost is $900m.

Gemma Power Systems California was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 8 units of LMS100 gas turbines, each with 100MW nameplate capacity.
