Administracion Nacional de Usinas y Trasmisiones Electricas (UTE) is an electric utility. The utility offers generation, transmission, distribution and commercialization of electricity. It generates electricity through hydro, wind and thermal generation plants. It also offers annexes and consulting services. The utility operates a production plant, Salto Grande Hydroelectric Power Plant, which produces energy from generation plants owned by third parties.
