The project is currently owned by Indiana-Kentucky Electric with a stake of 100%.
It is a steam turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Subbituminous. The fuel is procured from Illinois Coal Basin.
The project generated 5,553,024MWh of electricity.
