The project is being developed by First Solar Development and is currently owned by Leeward Renewable Energy with a stake of 100%.
Beatty-London Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 1,500 acres.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 37,000 households, to offset 206,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $211.288m.
