The project is currently owned by Vietnam Electricity.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 1.7 million cubic meter. The project generated 1,158 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $483m.

DEC Dongfang Electric Machinery was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 2 turbines, each with 110MW nameplate capacity.
