Description
The project is currently owned by Fuxin Miming Group with a stake of 30%, State Power Investment with a stake of 30%, Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) and Shenyang Jinshan Energy.
It is a steam turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Baiyinhua Coal.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in September 2008.

Contractors Involved
Northeast No.2 Electric Power Construction was selected to render EPC services for the coal fired power project.
Harbin Turbine was selected as the turbine supplier for thermal power project. The project consists of 2 units of NZK600-16.7/538/538 turbines, each with 600MW nameplate capacity.
Harbin Electric Machinery supplied QFSN-600-2YHG electric generator for the Baiyinhua Jinshan Power Plant (Baiyinhua Jinshan Power Plant Unit I).
Harbin Electric Machinery supplied QFSN-600-2YHG electric generator for the Baiyinhua Jinshan Power Plant (Baiyinhua Jinshan Power Plant Unit II).
Babcock & Wilcox Beijing supplied steam boiler for the project.
