The project is being developed by Chubu Electric Power, Hokuriku Electric Power and OSCF.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 170,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $954m. The project will be spread over an area of 17.13km². The turbines will be mounted on fixed type foundations.
The wind power project consists of 20 turbines.
