The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 6.12% in October 2022 when compared with September 2022.

IT jobs claimed an 8.51% share in the company’s total hiring activity in October 2022, and recorded a 0.45% growth over the last three-month average share.
Database and Network Administrators and Architects tops Nordex IT hiring in October 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Nordex, Database and Network Administrators and Architects emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 59.02% in October 2022, and a 24.14% rise over September 2022, while Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a share of 22.95% in October 2022, and registered flat growth. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 13.11% in October 2022, a 20% drop from September 2022.
Europe drives IT hiring at Nordex
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global power IT hiring activity in October 2022 with an 88.52% share, which marked a 10.2% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 4.92%, registering a flat month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 4.92% share and a flat growth over September 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 1.64% and a month-on-month flat growth.
Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s power industry IT hiring activity with a 67.21% share in October 2022, a 5.13% growth over September 2022. The UK featured next with an 8.2% share, up 66.67% over the previous month.
Junior Level jobs lead Nordex IT hiring activity in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 77.05%, up by 4.44% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with a 14.75% share, a growth of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 8.2% share, up 66.67% over September 2022.
