Out of the total IT job titles posted by Iberdrola, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 54.17% in October 2021, and a 35% drop over September 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 20.83% in October 2021, and registered growth of 150%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 8.33% in October 2021, an 80% drop from September 2021.

Europe stood next with 29.17%, registering a 30% month-on-month decline. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 16.67% share and a 20% drop over September 2021.
In the fourth place was Asia-Pacific with a share of 8.33% and a month-on-month flat growth.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s power industry IT hiring activity with a 45.83% share in October 2021, a 31.25% decline over September 2021. The UK featured next with a 20.83% share, down 28.57% over the previous month. Brazil recorded a 16.67% share, a decline of 20% compared with September 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Iberdrola IT hiring activity in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.33%, down by 26.32% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 37.5% share, a decline of 30.77% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 4.17% share, flat growth over September 2021.
