The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 5.49% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.
Out of the power industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 7.25% share in November 2022, recording an increase of 0.01% over the last three-month average share.

Top five power companies in Germany’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 6.9% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s power industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Siemens posted 57 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a rise of 16.33% over the previous month, followed by Nordex with 30 jobs and a 26.83% drop. E.ON with 23 IT jobs and Vattenfall with 14 jobs, recorded a 42.5% decline and a 1300% growth, respectively, while RWE recorded a decline of 21.43% with 11 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 73.03%, down by 8.45% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 19.1% share, registered an increase of 25.93% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 7.87% share, down 33.33% over October 2022.
