Out of the total IT job titles posted by Enphase Energy, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 78.26% in November 2022, and a 125% rise over October 2022, while Computer Support Specialists claimed a share of 13.04% in November 2022, and registered flat growth. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 8.7% in November 2022, a flat growth from October 2022.

North America drives IT hiring at Enphase Energy
North America emerged as the leading region in the global power IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 69.57% share, which marked a 166.67% rise over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 21.74%, registering a 16.67% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 4.35% share and a flat growth over October 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 4.35% and a month-on-month flat growth.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s power industry IT hiring activity with a 56.52% share in November 2022, a 160% growth over October 2022. India featured next with a 17.39% share, down 33.33% over the previous month. Canada recorded a 13.04% share, an increase of 200% compared with October 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Enphase Energy IT hiring activity in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 52.17%, up by 50% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 39.13% share, a growth of 350% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 8.7% share, down 33.33% over October 2022.
