The industry’s overall hiring increased by 1.15% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.
Out of the power industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 15.17% share in November 2021, recording an increase of 2.54% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 95.35% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Denmark’s power industry in November 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 18.87% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Denmark’s power industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
Vestas Wind Systems posted 28 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by Siemens with 7 jobs and a 30% drop. Senvion with 6 IT jobs and Clearway Energy with 1 jobs, recorded a 57.14% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while DHI recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 55.81%, down by 38.46% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 37.21% share, registered a flat growth compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 6.98% share, down 50% over October 2021.
