Description

The project was developed by ArcLight Capital Partners, Competitive Power Ventures and Toyota Tsusho. The project is currently owned by Competitive Power Ventures with a stake of 37.53%, Osaka Gas USA with a stake of 20% and Toyota Tsusho.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel.
