The project is being developed by Bison Energy Australia and FRV Services Australia. Abdul Latif Jameel Energy and Environmental Services and OMERS Infrastructure Management are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.
Walla Walla Solar Farm is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 605 hectares.
