Description

The project was developed by Alpiq Holding and Spanish Power. The project is currently owned by Vauban Infrastructure Partners with a stake of 100%.

The project generates 150,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 8,750 households, offsetting 7,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project has 85m high towers.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Eramet Norway under a power purchase agreement for a period of 18 years, starting from 2021.

Contractors involved

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 11 units of SWT-DD-130 turbines, each with 4.3MW nameplate capacity.
