The project is being developed by Thien Phu Energy Investment. The project is co-owned by Lee & Lee, Queen Capital Finance and Thien Phu Energy Investment, with their respective ownership stake of 33.33% each.

Thien Phu 1 Wind Farm (Thien Phu 1 Wind Farm_Phase I) consists of 10 turbines with 3MW nameplate capacity.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Vietnam Electricity under a power purchase agreement. The power will be sold at the rate of $0.085kWh for a period of 20 years. The capacity to be procured is 130MW.
