Description

The project was developed by PT PLN (Persero) and is currently owned by PT. Indonesia Power with a stake of 100%.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Diesel. The fuel is procured from Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ), BP Berau Ltd. (Tangguh Gas Field).

Mitsubishi Power and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) were selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant (Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant Block III).

Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant (Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant Block I) is equipped with GE Power DKZ2–2904 steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 200MW nameplate capacity.

Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant (Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant Block I) is equipped with GE Power GT13E1 gas turbines. The phase consists of 3 gas turbines with 130MW nameplate capacity.

Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant (Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant Block II) is equipped with GE Power DKZ2–2904 steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 200MW nameplate capacity.

Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant (Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant Block II) is equipped with GE Power GT13E1 gas turbines. The phase consists of 3 gas turbines with 130MW nameplate capacity.

Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant (Tanjung Priok Combined Cycle Power Plant Block III) is equipped with Mitsubishi Power steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 240MW nameplate capacity.
