Description
The project was developed by Enbridge and Renewable Energy Systems Canada. The project is currently owned by Enbridge Income Fund Holdings with a stake of 51%.
The project generates 300,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 36,747 households, offsetting 106,600t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The power generated from the project is sold to Ontario Power Authority under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years, starting from 2010.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 43 units of SWT-2.3-101 turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
