Description

The project was developed by Blue Leaf Energy Asia and Dongyang Engineering & Construction. The project is currently owned by Blue Leaf Energy Asia with a stake of 100%.

Sinan Solar Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 670,000 square meters.

The project generates 35,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 10,000 households, offsetting 25,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Development status

The project got commissioned in June 2008.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Korea Government Department under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years, starting from 2008.

Blue Leaf Energy Asia and Dongyang Engineering & Construction were selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

Blue Leaf Energy Asia was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the Sinan Solar Park (Sinan Solar Park - 1). The company provided 109,000 modules each with 180W of nameplate capacity.

Blue Leaf Energy Asia was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the Sinan Solar Park (Sinan Solar Park - 2). The company provided 21,656 modules each with 200W of nameplate capacity.

Blue Leaf Energy Asia supplied its IPG280k inverters to the project site.

Dongyang Engineering & Construction is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project for a period of 15 years.
