Description

The project was developed by Shuaibah Water and Electricity. Acwa Power, Malakoff, Saudi Electricity and Tenaga Nasional are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 30%, 12%, 8% and 6% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Saudi Aramco.
