It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is lignite. In case of shortage of lignite the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from Town of Weir, MS pipeline, Mississippi Lignite Mining Company.
The project generated 2,224,011MWh of electricity.
