Description
Huaneng Power International, Henan Construction and Investment and Jiyuan Investment Group are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60%, 35% and 5% respectively.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Shanxi Province.
Development status

The power generated from the project is sold to State Grid Henan Electric Power under a power purchase agreement.
