The project was developed by Voltalia Energia do Brasil. Voltalia, STOA Infra and Energy and Others are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 57%, 33% and 10% respectively.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Energy Co of Minas Gerais under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years, starting from 2021.
