Description

The project was developed by Technopromexport and is currently owned by SPEEH Hidroelectrica.

The hydro reservoir capacity is 600 million cubic meter. The gross head of the project is 12.8m. Portile de Fier II underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2005-2012.
