Description

The project was developed by NVGRES Holding. Inter RAO UES and Rosneft are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 74.99% and 25.01% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil.

The project generated 11,908,000MWh of electricity.

The project got commissioned in January 1993.

EMK-Atommash and Kvartz Vostochnaya Sibir were selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the gas fired power project.

The Gas fired project have been supplied by Electrosila and Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod.
