Description

The project was developed by NVGRES Holding. Inter RAO UES and Rosneft are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 74.99% and 25.01% respectively.

It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is gas. In case of shortage of gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from TNK-BP Limited.
